Conversation without a permanent account

Many social products make simple conversation feel complicated. Funchat keeps the first experience small: choose a display name, country, avatar style and age, then enter General Chat.

The beta is intentionally limited to 500 active users so we can learn how the community behaves, improve moderation, and keep the service dependable on a zero-cost infrastructure budget.

Phase 1 supports public text chat, private text chat, profiles, notifications, reports, mute controls and administrator moderation.

• No media uploads, voice, video, payments, premium plans, advertising units, friends list or AI features.
• Guest identities expire after 24 hours of inactivity and are deleted when the guest logs out.
• Messages may remain as detached conversation records when a temporary guest identity is removed.

We prioritize clear rules, accessible design, minimal data collection and human moderation. Funchat is for adults aged 18 or older, and every participant is expected to protect their own and other people’s privacy.
