Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. Access is temporary, may be limited to the beta capacity, and may change or end without a guarantee of continued availability.

You are responsible for content submitted through your guest identity. You may not break the law, violate another person’s rights, interfere with the service, probe its security, automate abusive traffic, evade rate limits or circumvent moderation.

We may reject or remove content and restrict access when necessary to enforce these terms, protect participants or operate the beta. Three prohibited-sharing attempts result in a permanent ban of that guest identity.

The beta is provided on an as-available basis. Realtime delivery, message history and temporary identities may be interrupted or lost. Do not use Funchat for emergencies, professional advice or records that must be retained.
