Email support@funchat.site with the page you were using, what you expected, what happened and the approximate time. Never send passwords, refresh tokens or private message content unless specifically required for a safety report.

Use the in-product Report action first because it securely preserves the relevant message context for administrators. For an urgent product-safety concern that cannot be reported in-app, email support@funchat.site with “Safety” in the subject.

Use the subject “Privacy request” and identify the temporary guest ID only if it is still visible in your profile. Logging out already deletes the active guest identity and private conversations.
